Welcome to 2026. It's a new calendar page, but certainly not a clean slate. Unfortunately many of the issues from last year have followed us into 2026, but with renewed energy, clear goals, and the knowledge learned from past successes while navigating economic uncertainties, we're optimistic that working together, we can overcome whatever challenges we face in the months to come.

Wishing all our Bushwick, Greenpoint, and Williamsburg businesses continued growth and strong results in 2026. For those who have interacted with us in the past, thank you for your trust and your continued support. For those of you whom we haven't had the pleasure of working with yet, we're here for you.

On a bright and sunny Thursday, June 13 , North Brooklyn Chamber celebrated the grand opening of Dental Avenue Greenpoint with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as friends and family gathered to show their support for the new venture of Dr. Jason Bastida.

Dr. Jason Bastida, DDS, is the founder of Dental Avenue Greenpoint and a second-generation dentist from Great Neck, New York. He also practices with his father in Jackson Heights, where he has worked for the past six years.

A year ago, while walking around the neighborhood, Dr. Jason saw a yoga studio having a garage sale and discovered they were moving out. Two months later, he signed a lease to turn the space into a dental office. Now, Dental Avenue Greenpoint has been open for two months, demonstrating how much can change in a year.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Jason, a Greenpoint resident, enjoys running along the North Brooklyn waterfront, lamenting his existence as a Mets fan, and spending time with his friends and his wife, Kelsey, in the best neighborhood in the city.
